Which drugs to use and how long to use them for.

Pneumonia is a common disease, but treatment is often based on little evidence. This can lead to patients being given treatment for too long, which may increase drug resistance. We are doing trials to find out which drugs to use and how long for in children with bacterial pneumonia.
