Errata

1. Chapter 4, page 48, equation (4.8): there should be no comma before y_i.
2. Chapter 5, page 67, equation (5.2): β_1j should be β_1i.
3. Chapter 6.
   1. Page 112: in the first display equation and the text below it, replace the double subscripts r_{C_i} etc. with single subscripts r_{Ci} etc.
      
   2. Page 118, last line: replace "y_i^new ~ N(\Theta_new, s_i^2)" with "y_i^new from p(y_i | \Theta_(-i))", and delete the rest of the sentence.
   3. Page 119: in the equation in the middle of the page, add a second ")" after "E(y_i|\Theta)".
4. Chapter 13: the vertical axis labels in Figures 13.2 (page 290) and 13.8 (page 299) are omitted. The five horizontal grid lines should be labelled (from top to bottom):
   • Figure 13.2: 0, 0.45, 0.90, 1.35, 1.80.
   • Figure 13.8: 0, 0.41, 0.82, 1.23, 1.64.
5. We thank Guido Schwarzer for pointing out a number of errors in the code. We corrected the code and/or explanation for chapters 5, 6, 11, 13, 16, 18, 19, 21 on 14/4/2021. Links to the code are here.
