The face-to-face MSc in Clinical Trials is taught by many of the researchers at MRC CTU at UCL and the wider Institute of Clinical Trials and Methodology (ICTM) at UCL, including clinicians, statisticians and trial managers. MRC CTU staff have opportunities both for teaching and studying the course flexibly.

 

Study clinical trial fundamentals.

Students learn about the scientific, methodological and practical issues involved in the design, conduct, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials. Teaching is delivered by researchers with expertise in many different healthcare fields. All types of trials, from early to late phase trials, and from simple to complex interventions are covered.

  • Seven core modules (120 credits)
  • Available for full-time, part-time or flexible study.
